MacLeod's Practice Notes

MacLeod has his notes from today's practice up. Important things related to the game against Tampa:

  • Wings' #1 goalie Chris Osgood will get the start yet again
  • Draper is out, expected to miss 10-14 days with a sprained knee, Maltby could be out, Ellis could still be out, and Kopecky will be back in the lineup

Yeah, you read that first note right. I'm changing my position. There is no controversy, Osgood is the #1 and that's that.

D: I'm happy to see Osgood in goal.

But, as he's my favorite goalie, I will look forward to the(what seems to be) few games Hasek'll start in. ;_;

I'll be missing the game live again, my soccer team has a double-header scheduled tonight but I'll be checking in after watching my DVRd copy of the game. I liked it better when games were on Friday nights.

Quiet in here tonight.

The Wings played a really strong game. Tampa looked tired and never really were in it.

Kopecky's goal was beautiful and Darche's was total bullsh*t with what Holmstrom's lost this year.

Did Valtteri not get the puck in the empty net before the buzzers went? My mom and I both thought it was in.
