Misconduct

Brief Coyotes Post-Game Thoughts

Another strong game from the Red Wings. They did a great job of not getting frustrated early and just wore down the Coyotes. After Maltby's second goal gave Detroit the lead late in the second, I don't think Phoenix had any chance of coming back.

The Coyotes just don't strike me as a mentally tough team. At no point in the third did they threaten to come back. Either the Red Wings really are that much better or the Coyotes gave up.

Nice job by Hudler to jump up and bang in the loose puck. I was geting frustrated with the passing on the power play but they knew what they were doing.

Oh my god. We've seen bad goalie interference calls but someone should be fired over that. It should be 2-0 right now. At least Homer argued it.

wow.

The NHL is a broken league.

There was no goalie contact at all. Uggghhhh

Oh. My. Goodness.

That was the weakest penalty in the world.

Wow. Are they out to get Holmer?

ACH! YES! I bet it was that one referee I hate. The one with the long name and his first name begins with an 'F'.He seems to make bad calls a lot.(Or I think I am getting him confused with someone else with the number 23) XDedit;; JJHASDKLJHASJKDHAJKLSDHJKLASH HOW DO THEY GET TWO GOALS!?!?!?! OMG. Thank god we don't keep guns in our house.I may have some serious blood pressure issues when I'm older.

How big is that called back goal now that Phoenix is up 2-1? Thanks, refs. Go to hell.

Everyone on the ice was in on the Maltby goal. Good work winning the fights to get the puck up to Chelios and a great blast by him with a perfect tip from Malts. Ellis with the screen in front.

Naturally, and almost magically, I seemed to have my back turned every time they score a goal. Thanks for posting who scored XD

WOO! Go Ellis! <img src="http://forums.detroithockey.net/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.png" /> He's really showing his game.

Damn, Matt Ellis with a great play to get the puck out to Lebda.

The refs in the Bruins game made some horrible calls as well, looks like it is a league problem

I've got a couple highlights and one big low-light from this game posted to the Multimedia section for those who missed it (or, in the case of Holmstrom's penalty, want to re-watch and get p*ssed off again).
